本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Ropod（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

01ライセンス

本アプリの開発者は、利用者に対し、本規約および Apple の「ライセンスされたアプリケーションエンドユーザ使用許諾契約（標準EULA）」に従って、本アプリを個人的かつ非独占的に利用する権利を許諾します。本アプリの著作権その他の権利は開発者に帰属します。

02サブスクリプション（有料プラン）

03利用上限

本アプリには、音声化できる文字数に月ごとの上限があります。上限は無料プランと有料プランで異なり、上限に達した場合は、当月の音声化が制限されます。上限は翌月にリセットされます。

04禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

05利用者が作成したコンテンツ

利用者が本アプリで作成した台本および生成した音声に関する責任は、利用者が負うものとします。第三者の権利を侵害しないよう、利用者の責任において利用してください。生成された音声の利用は、第三者APIの利用条件にも従うものとします。

06免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが常に正常に動作すること、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、適用される法令で認められる範囲において、開発者は責任を負いません。本アプリはAI（人工知能）による文章生成および音声合成を利用しており、生成される内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。

07サービスの変更・終了

開発者は、本アプリの機能を予告なく変更・中断・終了することがあります。本アプリは外部のサービス（AI生成・音声合成API等）に依存しており、これらの提供状況により機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

08プライバシー

利用者の情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

09本規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Ropod ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

01License

The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard "Licensed Application End User License Agreement." All rights, including copyright, in the App remain with the developer.

02Subscription (Paid Plan)

  • The App offers a paid monthly subscription that raises the monthly limit on audio synthesis.
  • Pricing, plan details, and limits are shown on the in-app purchase screen.
  • The subscription renews automatically and is charged to your Apple account unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings on your device.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase.

03Usage Limits

The App has a monthly limit on the number of characters you can synthesize into audio. Limits differ between the free and paid plans. When you reach the limit, audio synthesis is restricted for that month and resets the following month.

04Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

  • Create or synthesize content that violates laws or public order and morals
  • Use content that infringes the rights of others (copyright, privacy, etc.)
  • Reverse-engineer the App, or access the service or bypass usage limits by improper means
  • Make unauthorized access to, or place excessive load on, the App's APIs or servers

05Your Content

You are responsible for the scripts you create and the audio you generate in the App. Use them in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, at your own responsibility. Use of generated audio is also subject to the terms of the third-party APIs.

06Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." The developer does not warrant that the App will always function correctly or be fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App. The App uses AI for text generation and speech synthesis and does not guarantee the accuracy of generated content.

07Changes to or Termination of the Service

The developer may change, suspend, or terminate features of the App without notice. The App relies on external services (such as AI generation and speech-synthesis APIs), and features may become unavailable depending on the availability of those services.

08Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

09Changes to These Terms

The developer may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
