Q. 使い方は？
①台本を書く（メモのように自由に。AIアシスタントに下書きを頼むこともできます）→ ②「音声化」ボタンで高品質AI音声に変換 → ③再生して"ながら聞き"。フォルダにまとめると連続再生できます。
Q. 無料でどこまで使えますか？
無料プランでは音声化が月8,000字まで可能です。
Q. 有料プラン（Light）は？
Light（月額）は音声化の上限を月120,000字に引き上げます。料金・内容はアプリ内の購入画面に表示されます。
Q. 解約方法は？
iPhoneの「設定」→ 一番上のApple ID →「サブスクリプション」から Ropod を選び、解約できます。現在の期間の終了24時間前までに自動更新をオフにすると、次回更新されません。
Q. 返金してほしい
App Storeでの購入の返金は Apple が管理しています。reportaproblem.apple.com からお手続きください。
Q. 上限に達しました
音声化の文字数上限は毎月リセットされます。今月分をもっと使いたい場合は Light へのアップグレードをご検討ください。
Q. データの扱いは？
Ropod はアカウント登録不要・広告なし・トラッキングなしです。台本テキストと音声は端末内のみに保存され、サーバーには保存されません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

Q. How do I use it?
1) Write a script (freely, like notes - or ask the AI assistant to draft one). 2) Tap "Convert to audio" to turn it into a high-quality AI voice. 3) Play it back and listen on the go. Group pages into a folder for continuous playback.
Q. What can I do for free?
The free plan lets you synthesize up to 8,000 characters of audio per month.
Q. What is the paid plan (Light)?
Light (monthly) raises the audio limit to 120,000 characters per month. Pricing and details appear on the in-app purchase screen.
Q. How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Ropod, and cancel there. Turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal.
Q. I'd like a refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Please request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Q. How is my data handled?
Ropod requires no account, shows no ads, and does no tracking. Your scripts and audio are stored only on your device, not on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
